Weekend Happenings

Between a birthday party Saturday night and a wedding shower in Rhode Island Sunday, my weekend is jam-packed. But I will be taking time out on Friday after work for AD 20/21, a display of 20th and 21st century art and design at the Cyclorama.

So many other fun things going on this weekend that I wish I could go to. Click through for details.

AD 20/21: Art & Design of the 20th & 21st Centuries & the Boston Print Fair
Friday 1pm – 9pm
, Saturday 11am – 8pm, Sunday 11am – 5pm
The Cyclorama
539 Tremont St., Boston
Fifty exhibitors from the U.S. and Europe will offer fine art, jewelry, furniture, glass, ceramics, sculpture, photography, prints, drawings and more. Tickets are $15, available at the door or online.

Friday & Saturday 10am – 6pm, Sunday 11am – 5pm
Seaport World Trade Center
1 Seaport Lane, South Boston
Shop handmade jewelry, clothing, crafts and funiture from over 200 designers, 40 of whom are local. I'm really hoping to make it to this before the party on Saturday! Tickets are $15 at the door.
Saturday 10am – 6pm
Boldfacers Studio
15 Channel Center St., South Boston
Instructors will be offering $10 classes each hour, while Lululemon, Stil Yoga, Prana, Plank and Charym Yoga sell their yoga clothing and gear. You can also expect lectures, raw vegan noms (they're actually delicious, I swear!) and musical entertainment. Show up at the door or book classes ahead of time here.

Bliss Home Moving Sale
Regular Store Hours (Monday – Saturday 10:30am  – 6pm, Sunday 12pm  – 6pm)
225 Newbury St., Boston
This lovely little home design store is abandoning its high-rent Newbury St. digs for the relative obscurity of the North Shore. Stock up while it's still T-accessible.
