Between events and awards, there has been so much love circulating around the blogosphere lately that I'd be remiss not to share. I put a ridiculous amount of time and work into this here little blog, and the ultimate payoff is the relationships I have formed with other bloggers.
Two of these bloggers are Perdy and Ali from 365 Fashion Rehab. They were kind enough to feature me in their "Closets and Cocktails" series last week, and if you've ever wanted to see a photo of the real me, here's your chance.
Meanwhile, Stephanie of The Loudmouth organized a sleepover-themed blogging event, which I took part in, and B of Beautifully Invisible asked a group of us what it means to be a "real woman." It's inspiring and humbling to be included among so many creative and thoughtful women.
Finally, I owe a much belated thank you to Carmellitsa, who presented me with the Sunshine Award in May. Since I have received this award before, I won't go through the whole acceptance spiel, but I wanted to be sure to show my appreciation for this lovely lady.
Thank you all for recognizing the importance of building relationships, of supporting one another and celerbating each other's accomplishments. None of this work would be worth it if not for bloggers like you!
