It's always interesting to see how brands choose to shoot their lookbooks. Most go for a white background, letting the clothes speak for themselves. Shooting in front of a window also seems to have become popular of late. Boring!
It's the wild scenes that grab my attention, and Opening Ceremony is the best of the bunch for Resort 2012.
The clashing overblown florals and smaller wallpaper-like prints are the perfect backdrop for a collection inspired by "musical festivals, flowering meadows, and blossoming branches." Oh, yeah, and the clothes aren't half bad either!
