Weekend Happenings

Paul & Stella McCartney (via Style.com)
There's nothing I would rather do this weekend than spend time with my dad. What can I say? He's pretty awesome. But he is also impossible to shop for. Just tell me what you want, Dad! I know you're reading this!

Click through to see what 9tailors is doing to get you prepped for Father's Day, along with some other weekend activities.

9tailors Father's Day Trunk Show
Friday, 12-8 PM; Saturday, 12-5 PM
125 Kingston Street, 5th Floor, Boston
Stop by the store or make an appointment to custom design shirts for Father's Day. 9tailors is offering a special deal over the weekend - buy 3 shirts, get 1 free. RSVP at info@9tailors.com.

Love Hue Event
Saturday, 10 AM - 1 PM
Velvet Fly, 28 Parmenter Street, North End
Get ready for summer weddings and parties with the perfect dress from Velvet Fly and makeup to match. All party dresses will be 10% off, and Love Hue's Trinette Faint will be offering 15-minute lip and eye consultations. There will also be drinks and breakfast treats, of course. Space is limited, so sign up for makeup consultations by calling 617-557-4359.

3rd International T-Shirt Day
Monday, 4-7 PM
Alibi at the Liberty Hotel, 215 Charles Street, Beacon Hill
Alibi is hosting this celebration of "the most universal fashion garment of the decade" with an open runway show. That means you can live out your model dreams and sashay down the runway to show off your favorite t-shirt. Admission is free, and there will be snacks, drinks and a DJ, plus local t-shirt designers selling their wares.
